Tim is an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI) and an accredited Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) having over 20 years of experience, specialising in the health, retirement/seniors’ living and aged care sector across Queensland and New South Wales. His expertise spans retirement villages (RV), residential aged care facilities, supported residential services, manufactured home residential parks (MHRP) and land lease communities (LLC), seniors’ rental villages, medical centres, private hospitals and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA). Tim has particular expertise in pricing exercises of individual dwellings within RV, MHRP and LLC projects; going concern valuations of specialised properties; investments and development feasibility assessments of MHRPs, LLCs and retirement communities.
