Richard Nash is a Director with Herron Todd White (Institutional), based in Brisbane, Queensland. Richard is an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI) and an accredited Certified Practising Valuer (CPV), as well as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). Richard has been with HTW since 2026 and specialises in the care sectors, relating to going concern interests, investments and developments for health, aged care, retirement living/MHE/LLC, supported residential services, NDIS/SDA and childcare centres.
