Philip Black is the Regional Director, New South Wales and Australian Capital Territory, with Herron Todd White, based in Bella Vista, New South Wales. Philip is an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI) and an accredited Certified Practising Valuer (CPV), has been with HTW since 2009 and specialises in residential valuations. Philip supports customers across New South Wales.
